The rooms of the hotel were new-fashioned and neat with refridgerator, tea, for instance. The food was great and the staff were accommodating.

The room was good-sized and well-stocked, with green tea, a safe, coffee, slept really well. The location was central, not far from buses and trains, and numerous restaurants and retail shops. I dined not very far from the hotel at Tsumugu.

we walked everywhere, the location was perfect and exceptionally nice, easy to get access to all kind of transport. further, it was right by the main railway station in kyoto and the bus station as well as shops and restaurants.

Every visit to Kyoto we like to stay here. This well-organised hotel occupies a nice building in the traditional style. The venue has wonderful location to bus terminal by walk. They serve outstanding food, have good choice of options to choose from.

The staff at the hotel were kind and spoke English fluently, which was a huge help. I particularly enjoyed the all-you-can-drink beer bar on the roof, a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were good-sized, it was overall clean and reasonably spacious venue. There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the room, loved that. The location was beautiful and excellent, so close to the Kyoto station, shopping center and restaurants, numerous restaurants and retail shops, and a shopping mall. Had nice dainties at Baskin Robbins, located very close to the hotel. I had really really nice days staying at this great budget venue.

The location for sightseeing is top, the hotel is quietly situated (rooms on the 10 floor for 3 persons). Third person had to sleep on the pull-out couch, which was not so comfortable. Concierge service is very good.
The breakfast was not very varied, but you could always find something.
